Through blending traditional printmaking techniques with environmental consciousness and the wisdom of ancient myths, Sam's work invites viewers to reflect on their connection to the natural world.
The intricately carved relief prints, and experimental works exploring low-fi techniques and found materials, act as visual narratives that bridge past and present.
Each piece reveals a deep respect for the earth and a fascination with the stories that have shaped our understanding of it. By emphasising the handcrafted nature of the work, Sam highlights the enduring power of human creativity to connect us to both our history and our environment.

Sam's work has been exhibited both locally and internationally, featuring in ‘The Director’s Cut’, a digital showcase from the Woolwich Contemporary Print Fair, Reflections in Nature’ and ‘Art Fusions’ at The Paxton Centre, Crystal Palace, and SM Pro Arte’s ‘Mini Print Cantabria’ at the Faro Cabo Mayor Art Centre in Santander, Spain.
